AEP Health Group is able to provide therapeutic services for individuals within the NDIS framework. The aim of the services are to improve outcomes within the domains of “Improved Health and Wellbeing” and “Improved Daily Living” empowering individuals living with a disability to improve their functional capacity, confidence levels and the ability to perform daily or workplace tasks.

Individuals eligible for funding under the NDIS framework will be able to access services from Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy and Dietetics to aid with their Capacity Building goals.

In order to access Exercise Physiology, Dietitian or Physiotherapy services to aid with improving health and wellbeing or activities of daily living a plan must have funding allocated to one or both of the following support areas:
