I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 2005 where I starting working as a Personal Trainer and Exercise Therapist, delivering gym based and hydrotherapy rehabilitation programs.

I commenced working with AEP Health Group in 2011 where I have experience in prescribing and delivering exercise for management of chronic conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, weight management and exercise interventions for positive mental health and PTSD management.

In recent years I have developed further experience and specialising in implementation of workplace injury management programs, aboriginal health exercise programs and fitness testing and prescription for athletes in a range of sports including cycling, running, swimming and triathlon.

The focus of my exercise prescription is to empower individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes through implementing gradually progressive exercise routines and ensuring that exercise programs are specific to individual needs.

Personally, I enjoy staying active through participation in triathlon including membership to the Meteors Triathlon Club, completing local races and Ironman Triathlon races interstate including Port Macquarie and Busselton. I also enjoy participating in local cycling and running events, including completing the Adelaide Marathon 5 times. I enjoy spending time with my wife and young family, having coffee with friends and playing the occasional round of golf.
