AEP Health Group's respiratory health programs are for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and similar respiratory conditions. Individual guidance, weekly supervised exercise and education sessions are offered for those with mild COPD to stable, severe COPD. AEP's PR program assists to better manage the common symptoms of COPD including;

•Shortness of breath
•Muscle fatigue
•Reduced energy levels; lethargy
•Reduced activities of daily living

Recent research shows that PR reduces shortness of breath, restores independent function and improves quality of life for people with any stage COPD. The programs promote long term benefits including slowing disease progression and improved general fitness and well being.
